The following GTCs apply to orders and deliveries of goods which the customer has ordered directly on the online shopping website at Kuhn Rikon AG.
The following GTCs exclusively apply to these services.
Deliveries are made within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein only.
Deliveries usually take 2-3 working days. If an article is not in stock, we will promptly notify you of a new delivery date for the article. This will not affect the delivery of the remaining articles.
Carriage / carriage charges
Goods are dispatched by Swiss Post. You may rest assured that your goods will arrive promptly and reliably. You simply pay a single carriage charge of CHF 9.90 for each order. We will send your goods free of charge for orders worth CHF 100.00 and over.
All prices are in Swiss francs and include value added tax plus – where appropriate – an advanced recycling fee. There are no further charges – apart from the carriage charges.
Payment can be made by invoice, by PostFinance e-payment, or using the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa Card, American Express. Invoices must be settled within 30 days of date of invoice. Credit card payments shall be billed on confirmation of the order.
We retain the right to restrict the above named methods of payment in individual cases to one or more methods at our own discretion.

Retention of title
Until full payment is received, goods shall hereby remain the property of Kuhn Rikon AG.
Kuhn Rikon AG can issue promotional codes. If you are in possession of such a code, you can enter the code in the respective web-shop field. You will then benefit from special conditions. Only one promotional code per order is redeemable. An accumulation is not possible.
All products have a warranty in accordance with the information specified on the website / packaging and / or instructions for use. The warranty commences on the date that is printed on the invoice. The warranty is void if the defect or damage is due to improper handling, maintenance and care of the goods. The purchaser is required to follow the directions and recommendations in the enclosed instructions.
Complaints about defects or an incomplete or incorrect delivery must be notified to us immediately, and in any event not later than 10 days, from receipt of the goods. The customer must promptly inform the local post office of any damage that has occurred in transit. The entire consignment, incl. the packaging, must be presented at the post office.
Right of return
For Kuhn Rikoncustomer satisfaction is a top priority. If you are not satisfied with the goods you have purchased, you may return them within 10 days from the date of delivery. The purchaser must give advance notification of returns. Acceptance of returns is only possible by prior agreement. The postage is paid by the purchaser. Returns for an exchange or a credit note will only be accepted if the goods are complete, in their original packaging and are in an unused, impeccable condition.

Security and private sphere
Kuhn Rikon AG is obliged to protect your private sphere. Information that we collect about you for the purpose of processing orders is not sold to third parties, marketed or leased.
When you register as a user, Kuhn Rikon AG reserves the right to send you a Kuhn Rikon newsletter. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter service at any time. You will find an unsubscribe link on every newsletter.
To execute an order we require your surname, first and middle names, e-mail address, postal address, telephone number, credit card number and expiry date.
Security of customer information
Financial transactions are handled by PostFinance. Its payment platform is PCI-certified and provides maximum security. When you place an order with us, we offer a secure platform which encrypts your data before they are transmitted. All customer data are also protected from unauthorised access. You enter your account information or credit card details directly on the PostFinance payment platform. Kuhn Rikon does not have access to these data.
No liability whatsoever is assumed for any direct or consequential loss arising from errors in the images, prices and descriptions or for late delivery and failure to deliver.
If one or more of the provisions of these GTCs are invalid, this shall not affect the remaining Agreement. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate legal provision. This Agreement is exclusively governed by Swiss law. Any disputes arising hereunder will be settled before a competent court in Zell / Zurich.
