Fennel soup with pear

Circolo: For 2 persons


  • 2 fennel bulbs
  • 1 pear
  • 300 ml water
  • 1/2 tbsp vegetable stock
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt


Wash the fennel bulbs and pear, then cut everything into pieces.

Bring the water to the boil in the pan and add the vegetable and fruit. The fennel and the pear will be cooked through after about 15 minutes.

Place in a mixer and purée together with the vegetable stock.

Season to taste the soup with a little cayenne pepper and salt. Finished!
