Who has not experienced this: Forgetting the time, while having an Apéro with your guests? Or a family member is late. No problem. The doublewalled cookware DUROTHERM lets you enjoy and relax without any time pressure, because with DUROTHERM you can thermo cooking, serve and keep food hot up to 2 hours, stress free and energy saving up to 60%. The food is only quickly heated and then soft cooked finished without any further energy supply to the saucepan. The food retains its taste, vitamins and minerals. That is pure pleasure made in Switzerland and on top of that also healthy.

Due to the way the double wall functions and the ever increasing wattage of induction hobs, discolouration of the outer wall cannot be excluded. This energy-efficient cookware is ideally suited for cooking using less heat. On induction hobs with standard size rings the cookware is to be placed exactly in the centre. In order to avoid discolouration, we recommend selecting a cooking zone with a smaller diameter than the DUROTHERM and/or using less heat. Function is not affected if there is discolouration.

Use and Care

  • Bei normaler Verschmutzung Spülmittel verwenden
  • Bei grober Verschmutzung, Kalk und / oder Verfärbungen einen Chromstahlreiniger z.B. SWISS CLEANER verwenden
  • Durch scheuernde Reinigungsmittel und Geschirrspüler kann die Topfoberfläche beschädigt werdenDas Kochgeschirr ist grundsätzlich spülmaschinentauglich, aber das Reinigen von Hand ist schonender
  • Bei regelmässiger Reinigung im Geschirrspüler können Kunststoffbeschläge an Glanz verlieren und Aluminium kann oxidieren bzw. korrodieren
  • Niemals mit scharfen Gegenständen wie Messer, Stahlwatte oder Kupferlappen entfernen (Kratzspuren)
  • Kalkflecken lassen sich auch mit Essig oder Zitronensaft leicht entfernen
