Use and Care

  • Care
  • Wash cleaver by hand with warm water and soap using a soft brush or sponge. Dry carefully with a clean cloth. Remove corrosion spots with a stainless steel cleaner.
  • Use
  • Chop, slice, dice or mince vegetables or boneless meat. Never use to cut through bones or frozen food. Use only on bamboo, wooden or plastic cutting boards.
  • Sharpening
  • Occasionally sharpen cleaver using a sharpening stone or steel. Hold knife at the angle specifi ed by your sharpening tool to achieve a sharp result.
