Mix the sugar and egg together well, dissolve the powdered cinnamon in lukewarm milk and stir into the egg mixture.
Then add the sieved flour/baking powder and carefully stir the lukewarm, melted butter into it. Divide between the moulds and bake for approx. 12-14 minutes in the oven at 180 °C.
Allow the Christmas biscuits to cool and then coat with the lemon glaze and garnish with coloured sugar Christmas motifs.
Enjoy the Christmas biscuits on the day they are made.
