Chop onions and cook until soft in a little oil. Add the cooled onions to the beef, mix together with the other ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Divide the mass into four and shape into burgers. Cook the burgers on the grill or fry in the frying pan with oil.
Reduce the orange juice in a suitable pan to approx.100 ml liquid (syrup) and allow to cool.
Grate white cabbage and carrots finely, mix with the other ingredients and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Allow to draw for at least 1 hour.
Place all the ingredients into a mixer beaker, mix and season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Warm up oil in a non-stick frying pan, 12 cm in diameter, and make four omelettes.
Assemble the beefburgers with the various ingredients and keep together with a toothpick.
Replace multigrain flour with white flour. Make the coleslaw the previous day.
